There’s a good chance you’ve asked an AI a question recently - everyone’s doing it. Asking about cinema times, the nearest pharmacy, or just something it was easier to ask out loud than go online for.

It's all so impressive, it's almost enough to make me wonder whether AI will replace me entirely one day! Honestly though, I'm not too worried and, if you were an Optic-Kleer franchisee, you wouldn't need to worry either. AI is going to change a great deal in the workplace over the coming years, and may well make some jobs obsolete, but it's a long way off replacing a friendly face in your local supermarket who can fix your windscreen while you shop.
